What to do
I got this rosewood FB, inlayed it, sanded it and it's too "red" to put on the guitar I was going to. What do you think would be a good color combo to go with this?

Re: What to do
I saw a Engleman/Flamed Maple GA the other day with cocobolo f/b, bridge, etc. and it was really really nice.... imho of course. :)
I think that would look great on a really white top.

Re: What to do
that almost looks like Brazilian. I would use that with an ebony or BRW bridge. That is HOT!!!!!

Re: What to do
Can you use the Other fretboard in your first picture? It might go well. That is a nice fretboard and the inlay in nice so you could still use it on another guitar.......but I think I agree with you that it may be too red for this guitar.

Re: What to do
I think either that one or ebony FB and bridge (my choice). But it's up to the owner, this one's commissioned. I think I may put the other on Maple body and black binding, Engleman top. I think that's a combo of some other's input.Darryl Young wrote:Can you use the Other fretboard in your first picture? It might go well. EDIT: Actually Darren's suggestion, thanks D!
