Twisted Sides Post Bending

If there is a slight twist in one or both sides is this easily remediated?

that is where a mold comes in. That will make the shape more detailed

This is one of the sides that is twisted, as you can see from the picture its about 3/32 off the flat surface of the bench when laid down naturally without and force. In the mold I can hold it down. I am thinking that when I release it the twist must appear elsewhere or is it nothing to worry about ?

Looks ok to me. Clamp it in mold and glue on the end blocks.

I wouldn't worry about that. The completed box is so strong it won't be affected at all. I have a set that is considerably worse than that, and am debating rebending it. This one I wouldn't worry about at all.
