Re: Martin Tour
I REALLY wanted to go when I was in NYC this year but there just wasn't enough hours in a day.
Next time, hopefully...

Re: Martin Tour
I've been wanting to go on the tour. Maybe this fall I can get up that way. Can't be too long of a drive from Baltimore.

Re: Martin Tour
No, I've never been and I'm green with envy for you guys that have, especially multiple times, which is a perfect segue for me to step up on my soapbox (yes I can hear the groans coming out of my computer speakers) Living down here in south Louisiana it seems as if I'm at a tremendous geographic disadvantage when it comes to anything having anything to do with building guitars. I hear about all of these symposiums, conventions, conferences, expo's, factory tours, get togethers, etc... and they are always too far for me to travel to attend. Reading about what went on and hearing others talk about the happenings and seeing pictures and so forth is good but nothing is as good as being there in person, that's why this forum is important to me, it's my link to the guitar building world from this luthier deserted island that I live on. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know, waa, waa, waa, nobody likes a cry baby, so I'll graciously step down now.
