Greetings! I built an OM Martin kid a couple of years ago and screwed up the neck angle a bit. Over the last year it has been unplayable. A straight edge on the top of the fingerboard comes to about mid bridge (too low). So.... I'm going to attempt a neck reset. the original guitar was put together with Titebond yellow. Since that time, I've noticed that they also make a liquid hide glue. I've heard a lot about the benefits of hide glue but I am wondering if it makes sense to re-glue the neck back on with Liquid Hide Glue or just use the same basic yellow Titebond? Any ideas?

When we talk about hide glue on luthiery we are speaking of hot hide glue. The cold hide glue is not the best out there .I think tite bond original is a better product than any bottled hide glue .
