A few pics - top, detail of the back, I had a crazy neck idea but I think it will look 'snazzy' :-)

Sweet! think you broke your fretboard though!
you have more braces than the Ipomoea bracing layout, what is your top thickness? scale length?

Oh my gosh, Dave,
That is going to be so sweet. I love that fretboard too. It just seems befitting with the sound hole location.
The whole deal is top notch......man can you build um!!!!

I just posted a lengthy response, and poof! it's gone. Dang.
Darren - Martin 25.4" scale, top is .110", a little less around the rims. With the different variables I was trying, I did not want to go too thin.
These were things I had to get out of my system! The little extra bracing may help to avoid cracks on the top; the tapping produces a pretty nice balance all around. The back has 3 braces. The top bracing is higher and thinner than I usually go. The fb extension just begged for some kind of treatment. Ken Cierp had made the fb in such a way that the very last fret slots were not cut; I had intended to put a little bling in the unslotted section, but as I looked at it this idea came to me and I thought it would look nice.
I'm pretty excited to see how it sounds.
Thanks for the comments. BTW, that dark spot right below the top brace is in fact blood. I'm really glad it is not visible from the outside :-)

Oh Ya! Gotta agree that the fretboard is sweeet!! I admire your courageous sense of design.

Dave, thanks for the details. Will be interesting to hear how she sounds.
I think partial frets on the fretboard end pieces would have been cool. hard to measure for though...
