I am not sure the special clamps are required. I think any old kerfing clamp (clothpins) would do.

Also I have gotten a Titanium Bridge Pin Set. They look cool though.

A nice feature is there is almost no squeeze out as the glue goes into all of the little cuts. I did no cleanup of glue in the picture I posted earlier.

I somehow thought you might have a set of those bridge pins, which ones did you get? As far as squeeze out, doesn't RR kerfing do that too?

I am sorry I have not gotten a set of there pins. They were too expensive and I like wood. I have not used reverse kerfing, but you are correct that it may work the same way.

I need to put the strips in the rims, route out the kerfing and then I am ready to close the box.

I little more progress, Once I route the kerfing for the braces I will I have everything ready to close the Parlor guitar. I managed to get the end graft in (not super clean but I could fix it in finsihing) and the little strips on the rims. I cleaned up the braces and the top and back. I also have marked out where I have to route the kerfing.

I spent a little more time on the classical than I planned.

I closed the box on my Parlor guitar today. It was scarier than I thought it would be when I cracked part of the low bout off. But it was a clean break on the grain right over the kerfing so I glued it back together, glued the top followed by the back. Should be able to install the bindings and purflings tomorrow morning.

I still have to carve the neck.
