Ken Cierp is chipping in the rr kerfing, so all that is left is the stuff I forgot above, and the black fiber binding.

I'll take care of that and send along with the strings (bone nut/saddle blanks, plastic pins)/

I have said, like 72 1/2 times - BLACK FIBER BINDING!!!!

I know I sound harsh, but for the love of all that's good in this world, for love of Mother Teresa, for the love of God Freedom and the American Way, read my fingers: BLACK FIBER BINDING!!!!

Thank you very much for inlays if you decide to - it's really not necessary on these fairly simple instruments with black fiber bindings, but it would be nice to have KGF in an inlay to accent the black fiber bindings. Yep, BFB's. Not your purpleheart, not your cocobolo, not your rhino horn nor anything from an endangered species, nothing from Area 51 in Roswell, nothing from the future, just plain ol' BFB's. Nothing in teal, aquamarine, mauve, nor any pastel, nor any color that does not start and end with the letters b-l-a-c-k. Please please please understand what I'm saying. I will not be grateful enough to kiss your hairy butt in Macy's front window at Christmastime, but I will be thankful enough. I would kiss Monica Belucci in anyone's front window, but only if she wore BFB's. And she could leave her hat on.

For newbies: Tony and I sometimes kid around :-)

Dave I know your from Oregon and all but do realize how many people are there at that time of year? And I might add, I seriously doubt a single one of them would have any BLACK FIBER BINDING with them.

Tim - concerning the BLACK FIBER BINDINGS - regretfully, only a minority of the population has the foresight to carry BFB with them at all times. I hope Monica Belucci does, perhaps in her hat?

And I really hope that everyone noticed I said I will NOT kiss the hairy butt of Tony....under any circumstances......at any time......no amount of wine, flowers and fine dining would do it....

Okay, I've got to get to work. Good day Forumites!!
