Sign of a good day

Post by deadedith »

Most days are just fine, but the pic shows one thing I really enjoy. Just one of those tasks that goes easy and with a little Lawrence Juber in the background, and of course some GOOD java, makes for a pleasant time.

Have you got such a task you really enjoy?

I listen to alot of Phil Keagy instrumentals while I work in the shop, and I have come to
enjoy the side bending on my homemade bending pipe.
I also enjoy carving, shaping, and sanding the braces.....
and I really enjoy cleaning up the top, back and sides after gluing all the binding on and seeing the finished box.
and I like.............shoot, I like doing it all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

for a long time I have been listening to BBC news at night while I worked and I think it has started making me bitter.

Now I like great music shows online that I can tune into. I love it when good tunes are going and I'm fitting two parts together slowly, or something like that.

at 10pm world cafe with david dye. on saturday night it's "american routes." on monday thru thurs from 7 to 10pm is americana crossroads on wmky (my alma mater...http://www.publicbroadcasting.net/wmky/ppr/index.shtml). I'm a radio junkie.
