martin dual action truss rod channel dimensions

I've lost my working notes and I don't have a rod on hand to measure, and I'll be cutting the truss rod channel in a neck...

So does anyone know the depth of the channel for a Martin dual-action truss rod. The width, I remember, is 1/4 inch, but the depth?
