This will be my first attempt.
I was going to cut slices for the height first on the table saw a little oversize and then bring them down in my drum sander, then cut off the slices to close to thickness on my bandsaw, and refine on the drum sander. Me thinks these are too thin to cut on the table saw!

Kevin I think think you have the program -- make your work blank to height, slice over-size to width on a band-saw, thin to size on the drum sander. Oddly seems working (sanding) with four strips is just about the max to handle comfortably (for me any way).
