Well, she’s essentially finished! Have few small, piddly things to wrap up, but, the set up is done, the nut is final shaped, it and the saddle are polished. It plays really well. The neck relief is 4 thousandth and the neck angle is spot on. I need to do a little work on the 2nd fret. Even though it’s BRW and a red spruce top, T he tone is brighter than most of my Martins and I like it. We’ll see how she settles in over the next couple of weeks. Haven’t hooked it up to an amp yet. Probably in the morning. What a journey it’s been. It takes me about 4 times as long to build one than if I have my vision. Oh well, keeps me out of the pool hall!👹

Nice. That sunburst with the fancy pearl gives it a real “old-timey” look. I bet you’re happy to hear it making music. Thanks for posting.
