I'm well on my way now. Got the rim built and the kerfed lining radiused. Today, it's bracing in my new go-bar deck. What a cool toy! I do need to remember to buy more rods the next time I order from John. I decided to go with hot hide glue on the braces, since I'm set up for it, and have some experience. I've been using the fish glue, and it's great, but on something as critical as bracing, I prefer to use something that is a known quantity for me. I think the FG will really shine when it comes time to attach the plates.
