I just ordered a 2 degree taper reamer for violin pegs on Amazon for $17 shipped. Might be right for the bridge pins.
I have been using an old rat tail round tapered file that is just the perfect taper for the bridge pins. I don't know the degree taper but it works a treat. It was not expensive. I mounted it in a T handle and a few twists in the 3/16" holes had worked great for me.
