yes your scale is 25.375 and .1 25.475
you have to trust me on this you will be find
if you set this up to the middle of the slot you will be fine

I'll set it up for 25.4 scale with 25.5 in the middle of the slot for the high E and 25 and 5/8 in the middle of the slot for the low E.

What distances to the high and low e strings should I use on a short 24.9" inch scale 000 guitar? Using John's numbers for a long scale, I would add .1" to make the saddle of my high e at 25.0" and add 1/8" for my low e, for a distance to my saddle of 25 1/8". But, am wondering if the added numbers should be smaller on a short scale guitar?

Thoughts, anyone?

same numbers you will be fine place to the middle of the saddle slot
