Cleaning up glue squeeze-out around rim

I am working on my first kit build and just glued reverse kerf lining onto the rim with fish glue. Upon taking off the clamps, I see that I was pretty sloppy with the glue and would like to clean it up. What is the best way to do this?

Thanks!

I use a combination of a scraper (some time a straight edge razor blade). I also use De-Glue goo http://www.de-gluegoo.com/ to clean things up. Especially on the outside after bindings.

Try a warm and wet (but not dripping) paper towel rolled up and left on the dried glue for a few minutes. Once it softens scrape it off with a plastic hotel room/expired credit card with one end trimmed to 90 degrees with the length so it can get into the corners. Fish glue is very soluble in water.
