Are the neck blocks on Martin Dread's radiused or flat where they mate up with the sides?

I leave the heel block flat on the edge to the sides although I do radius the block on the top and back side with the rims. On smaller guitars I have put a slight curve on the tail block. The Martin dread always looks to me like a guitar was sliced in half and an extra bit was stuck in the middle. So the neck and tail side are pretty flat. I would wait for other answers as I mainly build smaller guitars.
