Another neck question

Hello all. So I'm about to reach the stage where I attach the neck. I have a dovetail neck that comes standard with the Martin kit, but it also has what appears room be a bolt on it as well. The neck has a hole with a brass thread in it and the neck block has a matching hole with no threads. But I don't have any bolts in my kit. Is this not used or do I need to figure out how to get a bolt in the dovetail?

That bolt is not used to attach the neck. It was to be used during manufacturing.
