Press and Seal Food Wrap

I appreciate your post. I'm a retired biochemist, and I understand what you're saying. I've used Press and Seal now, several times. I'll clarify my post. It's never on a guitar past 24 hours. I wouldn't leave any adhesive bearing material on a guitar for a protracted period of time. I wouldn't use Press 'N Seal on any guitar with a very old, or checked finish.

I also use 3M 233+ tape exclusively now on guitars. I won't use masking, painters, packaging, or any other tape. But again, I take it off within 24 hours.

I'll take what you wrote to heart. I'll wrap the magnets with the Press N Seal, and use them. Therefore, there won't be any issues down the road.
