Performax 22-44 Dust hood question

Happy New Year everyone!
I was able to scrounge one of these about a year ago. It's an older model, maybe the original :-) And its missing the dust hood. I'm starting to make one but would love to see how the original works if anyone out there happens to have one? I actually found the manual online this morning (a Festivus miracle!) and it helps, but doesn't go into the attachment details which is what I'd like to see.
