As I go through this next build, I will drill as I go. I've seen various patterns, but I know my comfort zone and will feel my way along. The holes are small enough that the integrity of the bench should not be compromised.
If you have any ideas about patterns, though, I'd be glad to hear them.

Sweet idea! If I had room, I might look into building one myself! I have one question though...what did you do with the cowboys who used to inhabit your shop? I hear those things are worse than roaches!!
I kid of course, but I like the idea!
