My new rosette/sound hole cutter

I made this into an adjustable cutter. It is similar to the Grizzly cutter with a Stewmac adjuster added on. I used 1/4" round aluminum stock for the posts, and 6-32 brass threaded rod. I threaded the inner post and drilled the back post over-sized for the rod to spin freely. I cut the slots longer to allow the base to slid by the lock nut. I used locktite on the knurled knob and 2 nuts to lock the rod in place. I did have to cut the original lock nut in half so it wouldn't interfere with the threaded rod.

It works great with my Ridgid 2401 laminate trimmer.

How-to's!
Gotta love 'em.
Thanks, Tim.
Anyone else have a how-to/tutorial to post? The more, the merrier.
