Hey, John!
Would you post a drawing of your dovetail sanding blocks that you use in your neck reset video? Please!
I've got an old Martin 0-16 that needs a neck reset. I'm preparing to commence to get ready to plan to begin the process. So, I'm watching all the neck reset videos I can find. So far yours has the best info for refitting the dovetail.

Do the sanding blocks match the angle of the dovetail tenon? They look real handy!

no they don't match I like them so I can work the angle. I would say they are about a 15 degree angle. The actual dovetail is 9 degree.
That way I an work the entire surface with the block . After you do a few and gain the confidence you will see that you just need to be able to control the working surface. It is ok to undercut a little. You do want this joint to wedge and lock .
