I found these bits at Ace Hardware:

Can I use this for the binding channels?

That will not work
You need to be able to change the bearing so the width of the cut matches the thickness of the binding.

When I am going to use a router bit on a nearly completed guitar body with a bunch of my time and hundreds of dollars of wood, I am not going to consider the cheapest bit I can find. Also I find value in going to vendors I trust when buying tools when I do not have the time or the skill to evaluate. I am willing to pay for that value, especially on a tool that I will use on multiple guitars.
