I had a little trouble finding 1/4" drill guide bushings to make a jig for drilling tuner holes. I finally found some at Japan Woodworker. Here is a link:

I don't have them in hand yet but the price isn't too bad and it appears they will work nicely. Maybe you have another source to share.
