Alternative Drill Press

Here are some pictures of a Shop Smith MK VII that I modified by mounting it permanently to the wall of my shop so that it's dedicated as a drill press now.
The nice thing about the MK VII is it works in forward and reverse. Except for the earliest ( I think pre-1960) units, they have a 1&1/4 hp motor, so the have plenty of power and continuously variable speed.
I've seen old Shop Smiths on Craig's List for as cheap as $35 so, for specific uses, I consider them a great tool for the money.
