Radius fretboard jig
This relatively new fretboard radius jig from String Pluckery is working out well in my shop. Not perfect, but nothing is. It costs about $100 and is 3D printed. Fits many routers and quite a few different radius templates are available. It takes 95% of the drudgery out of doing a radius by hand. You still have to finish off by hand with a radius sanding block, which sounds redundant, but with the router doing most of the work it makes doing a radius a breeze. There is a learning curve, so if you decide to try one, make yourself a few expenable fretboard blanks to experiment. Works for me.-Bob

A clever idea. It should do a good job.
