I just hit John's website and he has molds for 0 and 00 guitars - so he may be able to put a kit together around one of those sizes for you:

I have spoke with John and the 00 kit is in process. After reading the responses/info it really made sense to go with the 00. She will have plenty of larger guitars available as she grows into it.
Thanks to all for the info, really helped me get to a point were it's now in motion. Can't wait to get started!

Thank you. We spoke last week on the 00-18, 12 fret, short scale.

Just as a side note. I had contacted CAD Guitars Plans looking for a PDF version of the 00 plan. Cad is available just not useful to me at this stage. Karen Brunet with CGP said she would be putting up the PDF version of the 00 this week.
