Hello All,
I just received "the Book" last night!... The Complete Guide to Building Kit Acoustic Guitars by Bill Cory. Fantastic book that everyone building a kit should have... Really nice person to deal with too. All the people I have dealt with so far on this forum and in this genre of a hobby I call a passion, have been most accommodating and genuinely nice. As I have mentioned, I am on other "hobby"/DIY forums and you guys are by far, the nicest and most welcoming. Thank you.
We are still a few months off of the build as the kit will be a Christmas gift from my wife and I to our youngest son, Willie. I am in the process of converting my shop from RC plane/model train shop to Luthier shop! Thanks All.

Hey Rich, we are all looking forward to watching you build. Which kit are you going to get? My shop was converted 4 years ago from a knifemaking shop to a guitar building shop.

Bill Cory is a great guy. I never would have started on this journey if it had not been for him, his book and this forum.
