Post by jjejj87 »

Hey guys, I found a seller at Ebay and looks like he is pretty good. Anyone with any experiences with his kit?

My first kit was from Steve and is my daily player. Almost as nice a guy as John and a pleasure to do business with (as is John, of course)

Newbie alert! My name is Phil, and I've been lurking on some of luthier forums for close to the last year, reading everything I can about guitar building. I finally decided that I couldn't learn any more by reading and had to get my hands on a kit and try my hand at it.

Last week I just purchased a kit from Steve Kovacik on ebay. Got it for what I thought was a great price. Still waiting for the package to come in the mail (who knows how long it will take to clear customs ha ha) but I can't wait to get it! :D

Its a 14 fret 000 with cut-away, mahogany back and sides. I'll post pics for everyone to see in my own thread when I start working on it.
