00 Back Brace Spacing and Height
I don't have have a Martin plan with their 00 specs. Can anyone tell me the spacing (tail to brace and between braces) and the height Martin uses for their back braces? For this build, I'm not planning to use the low, wide braces in the lower bout.
I have the Grellier plans and they show a height of roughly 0.625" (16mm) for the back braces and a spacing of 78mm, 92mm, 102mm, and 72mm (starting at the tail of the guitar). I would like to know what Martin uses as well.

Thanks John. Are they equally spaced along the length of the back?

Re: 00 Back Brace Spacing and Height
Now that I'm looking at John's measurements again......I'm surprised the upper 2 braces at 1/2" wide. Why would this be needed? I just looked inside my 000 I built and I didn't measure them (strings on the istrument) but I wouldn't guess the upper braces are that wide.
If I made these two braces this wide, I'll either need to split more bracing stock or glue a couple of already split braces together to get the 1/2" width.

Oh, ok.....I completely understand the typing error!! <smile> Only thing I need now is the spacing of the back braces. Maybe I'll ask on the OLF and someone will have it.
