I'm building a Bridge Slot Routing Jig similar to the StewMac one.
First project where I will use both my Laser Cutter and CNC router!!!
Does anyone have this jig? I'm wondering how the 1/4 20 studs are secured into the base.
I see a couple of ways I could do it:
1. Use threaded rod and thread the base
2. Use a 1/4 20 bolt and relieve the base to accept the head (possible chance of scratching the guitar top when using the jig)
Any thoughts out there?
