Glad you like the set. I try to supply good wood. There are plenty of sellers of quality wood, but many of them are not actually instrument makers. I like to think that 40 years of making instruments helps me know when a piece of wood is going to be good for making instruments, especially koa. What wood is like in board or cant form is a lot different than what it might be like when it is 2mm thick. My building experience gives me a bit of insight into that. I will attest to the great quality. The sets I received were gorgeous. I am not sure when I will build with them as I have a group of instruments I need to make first. I am really excited to build an all Koa guitar with a matching back, top and side set.
