Letting you know that Ken has passed away and thought some of you would like to know. I only know he was ill for a while .

while he no longer was part of this forum he was in the early days. I know many of the members knew him and would want to know.

Sorry to hear that. I was just going to get in touch with him. He was a help in the beginning years of this forum and his kits were very good, well set up and not difficult to build.

We all will get there at some point and hope we have made a contribution to this world of some kind.

Bill

I think your contribution has already been made, both in your writing and your webbing, and we're all grateful for that.

I'm sorry to hear that you're giving up building guitars. I'll have to look at your "for sale" list a little more closely, but I think you'll be hearing from me soon.

And I can relate to you in another way: I've had some health issues myself that have prevented me from learning to play the violin right-handed. But, oddly, my hands and wrists don't seem to mind when I play left-handed. So at the age of 69, I've just taken my first lesson in fiddling, using a Stew-Mac kit violin that I've converted to left-hand. I know that I'll never have the time left to get really proficient at it, but that doesn't stop me from starting the journey and enjoying the road, however far it takes me.
