Great customer service from Hibdon Hardwood, Inc.

I ordered some binding stock from Hibdon Hardwood a couple of weeks ago. Based on the picture on their website, I thought I was going to get two pieces. When the package arrived, there was only one piece. Re-checking the website, I concluded that, while it was a bit confusing, it never actually said there were two pieces in the package, and the dimensions given were for a single piece. It seemed pointless to spend the money to send back the order, so I just accepted it as my mistake. I did, however, write to Hibdon, explained that I thought their website was confusing, and suggested that they fix it so other customers wouldn't get misled the way I did.
I was quite surprised, then, when I just received an email from Hibdon with a tracking number for a package. They're shipping me a second piece of binding stock, unsolicited. (I said in my e-mail to them that I didn't expect them to do anything for me because I got confused.)
I think that was a most generous and customer-focused thing for them to do. They are definitely on my "good guys" list. I'll certainly not hesitate to order from them again.
