LR Baggs Lyric pickup

Does anybody have any experience with the LR Baggs Lyric pickup? I'll be using it in conjunction with a Baggs Para Acoustic preamp/DI box. I also have a K&K Pure Mini XLR, but I think the impedance match will be better with the Baggs box.
