Pumped and raring to go
My offer was accepted on this property. My son and daughter-in-law will be renting the house from me and MY NEW SHOP will be housed in the 25' x 27' garage/work shop you see in the picture. It is already completely wired and insulated for a work shop as that was the use by the previous owner. Closing is scheduled for on or about October 25th. Can't wait to get moved in!!

I'm going to have to keep the "If I only had a little more room" comments in check because I think the first time my wife heard it I would need that extra room for my bed:)

Re: Pumped and raring to go
Moving into the new shop and getting things setup. Any suggestions along the way would be much appreciated. I'm closing in the old doors for better climate control. I thought about keeping one but don't really move large objects in and out.
