So if I want to import BRW, guess I'll have to have some one throw it together in the form of an oversize guitar <smile>. Then de-construct and proceed with re-construction, ha.....

Seriously, this is good news......though I'm uncomfortable that an unacountable government agency is determining how they want to enforce as oposed to lawmakers determining this by passing clear, unambiguous laws.
