BTW, I am 100% sure that the 1930's bracing was poplar. I happen to have some for sale :-)

"Circa" 1930. That is, 1930 more or less. Uh......maybe I'm using hyperbole? Maybe I'm just lying??

Why am I apologizing? My poplar is better 'cause it's NEWER, buddy! Just like guitars built today are better than that 1930's crap because today's are NEWER!! Geez....

No Martin, he has very popular bracing wood for sale, like they used in the 30's. :>)

The 2 are contracted and the 1965 D21 conversion I sold already. They are coming out nice. I will be adding to the blog there for the next few days then off to finish. An interesting project for sure
