Another New User

Hello all, just starting playing guitar 6 months ago and still hunting and pecking my way around the fret board. I became interested in building a guitar after viewing this site. I have built some furniture in the past and thought I would put two hobbies together. Hopefully I will be successful at one of them. I am looking over the forum to get an idea for my first guitar kit. thanks for all the great posts. MarkL

Welcome. You've come to the right place.
Lots of fun, and information here, and you can get help from a few pros too. Be sure to consider your kit purchase from them (see the advertisements on the home page.). Some are owners of the forum too.
Keep us informed on what you decide to start with.

Welcome to the forum, glad to see ya (figuratively speaking). Hope you get as much help and have as much fun here as I have. Ditto to what Kevin said about kit purchase considerations. Keep us posted on what you decide to build.

Welcome MarkL! I have purchased all of my kits and assorted guitar parts from KMG and I could not be happier. I know you will get better customer support from Ken Cierp or John Hall than you will from LMI or StewMac.
When you do start your guitar, please post pictures!

Thank you for all you welcomes to the forum. Well I thought I was on my way to get a kit soon, but no check allowed at the company. When I get my check returned by snail mail, I will try again by online payment.
First guitar building mistake and I don't even have the kit yet.
