Re: Mamie Minch in my mailbox
Great tutorial! I noticed tonight cleaning up after dinner that Barkeeper's Friend scrub powder is Oxalic Acid. Works great getting the burned gradue off the smoothtop range too.

I just noticed your comments from a few days ago - thanks. We went to Woodstock last weekend, and it turns out she knows about 1/4 of the people there.
Ivon Schmuckler has been building guitars since 1965, and had a school in NYC for about 20 years. His guitars are primo:

He knows Mamie and said that she is just what the industry needs. He told me of the 60's-70's on the East Coast where guitar builders and repairers were men who were obsessed and not pleasant personalities. He said it has changed and in the last 5 years women have had an increased presence.
There were 3 women presenting in Woodstock, and Linda Manzer was something else!
