Settling Down.......

Summer, as I know it, is now over. Two younger daughters started school today and we moved my oldest daughter into her college dorm today. Sad to see my daughter leave in a nostalgic sort of way but at the same time I'm very proud of her and happy she is starting a new life.

The good news......maybe I will now find time to build......and football is around the corner! I love to spend Sat. building and watching college football.

I'm trying to get the zpoxy pore fill lined out so I can re-spray finish on the Cuban 00 I'm building. Sure thought I would have it done by April but after messing up the first finish, I sanded back to wood and now I'm pore filling and will then try a new (to me) varnish finish (U-500). Be glad to have it completed as my daughter has about given up on me, ha!
