Egg Whites Lower Blood Pressure

Just read an article hot off the press stating that eating egg whites may lower blood pressure. They claim it's roughly equivalent to taking a low dose of Captopril. Read the details here.....

Yeah, except when you use them as wood filler it RAISES your blood pressure:)

I heard once that egg yolks raise your blood pressure, so they balance each other out (I made that up)
