Here in Northern NJ we are in the midst of our 4th heatwave of the summer. Thermometer under the umbrella of the patio table got up to 105 degrees today. Air quality alerts have been the rule rather than the exception. Every day in July has been above average temps. No significant rain for almost 3 weeks. The grass is straw since we have local water use restrictions. Still 2 months of summer left to go. Seems as though a good deal of the US is experiencing similar difficult weather conditions. Stay cool, stay safe and good luck to all of you in the midst of this brutal weather.

Same here in Northern Indiana, Mornings are around 75-80 degrees and nearly 100 almost everyday with no significant rain here either. I have a real putting green in my back yard that is toast right now, it is actually a putting "brown" right now, have to re seed come fall if I decide to keep it up.. Everyone take it easy and stay cool.!
