Baltimore gathering

Post by ruby@magpage.com »

We are 3 amateurs and we are getting together at 10 AM on August 2nd to talk about guitar making. All are welcome - bring an instrument or two and any interesting jigs or fixtures you might have.

The location is north of Baltimore - PM me for the address. ruby at magpage dot com.

I have a prior commitment. Perhaps I can make it to a future gathering. Have fun.

Perhaps we can do a future gathering somewhere a bit farther north than Baltimore.
We have several guys here in NJ who, I think, would be more apt to do a 2 hour drive
rather than do a 4 hour drive.

How far are you Maryland guys from Atlantic City?

This will be the third time we have gathered and I am looking forward to it. There's a lot of great discussion as we talk about what we've learned and processes that we are using. I will be picking Ed's brain about the hand rubbed burst he applied on his Nick Lucas guitar, as I plan on using this on a future project. Hope to see some new faces there.

I would love to be part of a gathering if it comes further North... Enjoy and let us know how it goes along with some pics!

Just bumping this post in case someone may have missed the original.

I just finished my first and looking forward to some (gentle) feedback.
