For anyone on Vancouver Island in the next week or so, the annual Guitars by Hand show is on again, Saturday Oct. 18th from 10 to 3, at the Errington Hall (west of Parksville). Admission is free, and the show features twenty or more hand builders from Vancouver Island, the Gulf Islands, and the Sunshine Coast area of BC. I will have a table there with my instruments - which is a bit intimidating! Bruce W.

Way to go Bruce. Your guitars are great you'll do just fine. What a fun thing.
I was on the island about 30 years ago fishing Steel Head in the Gold River with my brother and Uncle. Spent 3 days fishing with a guide, caught (and released) over 50 fish, some as big as 25 lbs.
What a blast that was!!
