Not sure if this is the correct place to post this but I'm assuming alot of newbies like myself look here often. If you choose to set the frets using John's technique in his video with the board off the neck you will notice he has a nifty steel cylinder to use to hammer against due to the warp that starts to occur. Since I had no such cylinder and in my never ending quest to try and use stuff I already have I was looking around and noticed a marble rolling pin in the kitchen - worked great! Im sure even a hard maple one would work well. Just thought I would share that little tip with all of you....don't tell my wife
