Violin number 3 has begun!

Now 5 coats of the new color. 9 coats of color total.

I will do at least 2 maybe 3 more color coats. The let it dry a couple if days. Then sand it smooth with 500 grit and apply 3 coats of clear varnish. Sounds like alot but they are thin coats. The final clear coats will allow me to wet sand the finish without going through to the color layer.
