Intersting tools

Here are a couple of cool tools made by a builder in the U.K. I've had the nut spacer for awhile and he just made me the divider. I suppose these must exist in the machine tool world, but I've never seen anything quite like them. Really useful for laying out nuts and bridges, as well as finding a center without having to reach for a ruler and then find my glasses to read it!

Bob

Those tools have always intrigued me. Do you know what the tolerances are between the pints when you open them up a bit? I have seen one that had 7 points.

Ed, I do not know exactly what the tolerances are. At least as good as my eye and a ruler, and less mistakes. I was checking the marks with a ruler, but I'm learning to do less of that.
