#3 black acacia/carpathian spruce OM

Third guitar is done. I think this one sounds and looks pretty good. I'm slowly getting better
Black acacia back and sides
Carpathian spruce top
Mahogany neck
Honduran rosewood fingerboard
Bridge, rosette, end wedge and heel cap from rosewood marimba bar
Adirondack spruce braces
Osage orange bridge plate
Curly maple binding
Bone nut and saddle
Grover tuners
Abalone dot fretboard inlay

Very nice. The b/s remind me of Eastern Black Walnut.

Nicely done, I really like the segmented rosette. The whole guitar looks very elegant to my tastes.

Thanks John. I like the way the colors work together on this one. The subtle differences of honey and cinnamon shades make an interesting look. I used 1/4" scalloped braces positioned about 1 1/8 inches from the soundhole. The openness and sustain of this guitar from day one was a little surprising.
