No. 4 (second acoustic...) complete...
Hello All.
After a much longer build than I anticipated, here is our son Mark's guitar... All Mahogany top, body and neck, Rosewood binding and face plate, Ebony fret board and bridge. Several coats of Tru-Oil over dark stain. Willie says (he and his brother play, I build...) it is aggressive, punchy with lots of bass. Thank you all (especially John Hall for the help and kit) for your help and support. It would not be without you.
Sincerely,
Rich

Rich, that's one nice looking guitar that brings to mind the Martin 00015M and Willie Jimmie Page does it proud.
Great job Rich and Willie........

Thank you very much for your comments and nice words. We put a lot of work and effort into these instruments, all of us, and it is nice to hear good things from peers who share the same passions and desires to create an instrument that is pleasing to the hands, eyes, nose and ears.
Sincerely,
Rich

so happy for you
it is fun to hit the E chord on a guitar you made yourself. Be proud and your son has a nice heirloom

This one turned out beautiful Rich and it sounds wonderful. Nice job.
What pick up did you install? I'm thinking of doing an all Sapele guitar, probably an OM.
